This Booking Policy & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through Amerah Ticketing, operated under PT Safirah Bali Tour. By making a booking through our website, customers agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

 

1. Booking Process

Customers can book travel services through Amerah Ticketing by selecting the preferred package, choosing the travel details, adding the service to cart, completing the checkout form, and proceeding with payment through the available payment methods.

For certain tours, activities, or transport services, our reservation team may contact the customer to confirm availability, pickup details, schedule, or other booking requirements.

A booking is considered confirmed after the payment has been successfully received and the customer receives a booking confirmation, invoice, or e-voucher from Amerah Ticketing.

 

2. Online Payment Flow

For online bookings, customers can complete payment securely through our website checkout system. The standard payment flow is:

  1. Select a tour, activity, transfer, or travel package

  2. Review the package details, price, inclusions, and exclusions

  3. Add the selected service to cart

  4. Complete the checkout form with accurate customer and booking details

  5. Choose an available payment method

  6. Complete payment through the secure payment gateway

  7. Receive booking confirmation by email or WhatsApp

If additional confirmation is required, our team will contact the customer using the provided contact details.

 

3. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including full name, email address, WhatsApp number, travel date, number of participants, hotel or pickup location, and any special requests.

Amerah Ticketing is not responsible for booking issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable customer contact information.

 

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on the website are subject to availability and may vary depending on travel date, season, package option, number of participants, and service provider conditions.

Amerah Ticketing reserves the right to update prices, package details, and availability without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings that have already been paid will follow the price and package details agreed at the time of booking.

 

5. Booking Confirmation

After successful payment, customers will receive a booking confirmation, invoice, or e-voucher by email or WhatsApp.

Customers are required to check all booking details carefully. Any incorrect information must be reported to Amerah Ticketing as soon as possible.

 

6. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted through email or WhatsApp using the contact details provided on our website.

The following cancellation terms apply unless stated otherwise on the specific package page:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the activity or service date may be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the activity or service date may be subject to partial refund or cancellation fee, depending on the service provider.

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the activity or service date is non-refundable.

  • No-show or failure to arrive at the agreed pickup point or meeting location is non-refundable.

Some activities, tickets, private tours, transport services, promotional packages, or third-party provider services may have different cancellation terms. These terms will be informed on the package page or during booking confirmation when applicable.

 

7. Reschedule Policy

Customers may request to reschedule their booking by contacting Amerah Ticketing as soon as possible.

Reschedule requests are subject to availability and approval from the service provider. Additional charges may apply if there is a price difference, provider fee, or operational cost.

Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the activity or service date may not be guaranteed.

 

8. Cancellation by Amerah Ticketing or Service Provider

Amerah Ticketing or the service provider may cancel or reschedule a booking due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational issues, force majeure, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a service is cancelled by Amerah Ticketing or the service provider, customers may be offered:

  • A rescheduled date

  • An alternative package or service

  • A refund, if rescheduling or replacement service is not possible

 

9. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing time may take approximately 7–14 business days after the refund is approved. The actual time may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment method used by the customer.

Payment gateway fees, bank charges, administrative fees, or provider cancellation fees may be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.

 

10. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following conditions:

  • Customer no-show

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service date

  • Customer provides incorrect booking or contact information

  • Customer arrives late and misses the scheduled service

  • Customer voluntarily cancels after the service has started

  • Customer fails to meet activity requirements stated in the package information

  • Promotional, special-rate, or non-refundable packages where clearly stated

 

11. Weather and Force Majeure

Some tours and activities may depend on weather, sea conditions, road conditions, or operational safety. If the activity cannot operate safely, Amerah Ticketing or the service provider may offer rescheduling, alternative service, or refund based on the situation.

Force majeure events include but are not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
